Riccardo Corsato is a kinesiologist and certified personal trainer who recently relocated to Calgary from Italy. He holds a Master’s Degree in Preventive and Adapted Physical Activity from the University of Padua (2025), where he developed a strong foundation in exercise science, injury prevention, and movement-based rehabilitation.
His passion for sport began in childhood and has carried through both his academic and professional career. Riccardo has trained in a wide range of sports, with particular experience in soccer, skiing, and padel. He has also worked with athletes in soccer, basketball, skiing, tennis, and padel, supporting them with conditioning, injury prevention, and rehabilitation.
Riccardo is especially passionate about helping adults stay strong, mobile, and confident as they age. Whether clients are new to exercise, returning after time away, or managing an injury, his warm and outgoing personality helps people feel comfortable and supported from their very first session.
Drawing on both his academic training and hands-on experience, Riccardo designs thoughtful, individualized programs that focus on strength, mobility, injury prevention, and long-term health. His goal is simple: to help every client move better, feel stronger, and maintain an active lifestyle for years to come.
