I am passionate about corrective exercises that alleviate pain and promote long-term muscle health. I’m constantly learning and have a particular interest in addressing low back pain, pelvic floor health, and effective movement strategies.

My approach is tailored to each individual’s needs, empowering clients to feel strong and confident in their bodies. I excel in helping individuals gain muscle, lose fat, and achieve body recomposition.
