Song is a Certified Personal Trainer and graduate of the SAIT Fitness and Wellness Management Program, where she earned her diploma through comprehensive training in both the physical and mental aspects of healthy living.
Her education emphasized evidence-based nutrition to support client health and wellness goals, along with the development of safe and effective fitness assessments grounded in anatomy, exercise physiology, and biomechanics.
Through her studies, Song learned to design and deliver tailored fitness programs for diverse populations, while also gaining a strong understanding of the psychological factors that influence physical fitness and sport performance.
Her training enhanced her ability to motivate, support, and connect with clients in a meaningful and results-driven way.
As part of her diploma requirements, Song successfully completed two practicum placements, gaining hands-on experience in real-world fitness and wellness settings. The program is recognized as a Canadian Society for Exercise Physiology–recommended course map and prepared her to pursue Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) certification.
Bringing over a decade of corporate experience, Song is highly skilled in communication and building strong client relationships. She is now transitioning her career to focus specifically on rehabilitation, driven by a deep commitment to empowering individuals to recover, rebuild strength, and achieve sustainable health outcomes through a proactive, compassionate, and empathetic approach.
