With a recent Fitness and Wellness Management diploma and CSEP-CPT certification from SAIT, I bring a solid foundation in strength training, exercise program design, nutrition, and anatomy to my role as a personal trainer. I have practical experience developing and delivering personalized fitness programs that empower clients to achieve measurable health outcomes, always guided by professional standards and a commitment to safety.
As a group fitness instructor, I’ve led classes for participants of varying fitness levels, adapting workouts to individual needs and helping participants achieve real results—many have even sought one-on-one training with me as a result. Before these roles, I established and managed a yoga studio in China, where I supported clients with goals such as weight management, building strength, and embracing a more active lifestyle.
