We are thrilled to share an important milestone in the journey of You’re a Personal What?. The team behind this original Canadian television drama continues to grow, and today we are proud to announce that award-winning producer Janet Morhart, CPA, CMA, has officially joined the project.
Janet brings nearly two decades of film and television experience to the series. She is the founder of More Heart Productions Ltd., a Calgary-based company that has shepherded dramas, feature films, documentaries, and living history programs from development through delivery. Her expertise spans both the creative and financial sides of production, giving her the rare ability to guide projects seamlessly through every stage.
Over the course of her career, Janet has contributed to more than 170 episodes of television and multiple feature films. Her credits include acclaimed projects such as In the Pines (Meta Films, 2025), Back to the Frontier (Magnolia Network, 2024), Cold Road (2023), Tribal (APTN), and Blackstone (APTN, Netflix, Amazon Prime, CBC, Hulu). Her work has reached international audiences through Peacock, Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, Hulu, Magnolia Network, and CBC
Janet’s reputation is built not only on her producing skills but also on her recognized leadership in the Alberta screen industry. She is a recipient of the CPA Alberta Early Achievement Award, an Avenue Magazine Top 40 Under 40 honouree, and an AMPIA award winner for Best Scripted Series and Production Reflecting Cultural Diversity. She currently serves as Treasurer of the Alberta Media Production Industries Association (AMPIA), where she advocates for the strength and growth of Alberta’s creative sector.
