Shrimp Burgers

I still eat rice, pasta and bread but whole grains instead of white processed foods

I cook 90% of what I eat at home, that way I know what I’m eating.

When I go out for the 10% I enjoy my food, with that said I don’t eat fast food anymore, maybe the odd ice cream from DQ.

I do track my food everyday to make sure I keep a good balance throughout the day. This is important for me to stay on track.

Here’s my favorite recipe: shrimp burgers

100 g cooked shrimp
Salt and pepper to taste
Chili flakes
Bread crumbs
Garlic
Blend in a blender
Make patties
Grill with coconut oil…

I usually put them over salad.
