Protein Balls: (Approximately 25 grams of protein per ball)

Thanks to One On One fitness trainer Danny Arnold these protein balls are a nutrient dense snack. They pack 25 grams of protein and they are tasty. There’s no baking required. Mix, shape and chill them.
3 scoops of vanilla protein
2 cups of oats
5tbsp of flax seed
1/2 cup of walnuts
1/2 cup of peanut butter
1/3 cup of honey
2 tbsp vanilla
1/3 cup of water
A drizzle of olive oil
Mix in a bowl, shape into 8 balls, bag em and chill em.
