I continuously seek the latest information and try to stay as open minded as possible so I can always prescribe the most efficient training.

My passion is helping people live their healthiest lives and accomplish their goals. Everyone is unique, with their own aspirations and my approach is to help you fulfill them. As a graduate of the Mount Royal University personal training program, I have the experience necessary to guide you to any health/fitness goal you might have. The training I provide is 100% customized and will always adapt to your needs. Your health is a never-ending journey and the time we spend together will provide you with what you need to succeed. By approaching things in a strength building AND functional manner.
